Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-05

This policy explains how IPBridge collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit this website or contact us. We respect applicable data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Information we collect

Enquiry details: when you contact us through the form, we collect the name, email, company, country, industry, service interest, and message you provide.

For security and abuse prevention, we also record your IP address and browser information (user agent) at submission.

Preferences: your language and theme (light/dark) choices are stored in your browser (localStorage and a language cookie).

How we use and store it

Your enquiry is stored in our database so we can follow up and respond; only authorised staff can view it through an internal admin console. We also send an email notification and an auto-reply.

Under the GDPR, our legal bases include steps taken at your request (contract / pre-contract), our legitimate interests, and your consent.

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate, for example with email-delivery providers (Resend or an SMTP provider) and cloud hosting (AWS).

These processors act only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Your rights and contact

Where applicable law provides, you may access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and request portability. You may withdraw consent at any time or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California residents have the right under the CCPA to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell your information.
